(Late applications will not be accepted.)

5. Registration Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
a. Be 23 years or older
b. Provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID and a VEYM self-portrait picture
c. Be certified as a Youth Leader Level III for at least one year
d. Be currently active within VEYM
e. Be registered in the VEYM membership database/portal and have signed the VEYM Code of Conduct
f. Have the application signed by the:

• Chapter President

• League of Chapters President

• Chapter Chaplain

• League of Chapters Chaplain

g. Ensure the Chapter is compliant with VEYM guidelines and policies
h. Be recommended by an active Youth Leader Trainer

6. Application Review Process

After registration closes, completed applications will be reviewed for recommendation for admission.

• Applicants recommended for admission will be contacted for an oral quiz to assess baseline knowledge.

• Study material for the oral quiz is will be sent out.

• Upon passing the oral quiz, applicants will be officially admitted to Sinai XXXII Training Camp.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be notified to headquarters@veym.net two (2) weeks before camp start date to receive a full refund minus $10 for the servicing fee.

The National Executive Committee will review and will inform applicants of their status as well as other logistic information to prepare for the training camp following the deadline.
